These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through the Mirqorin online store.
Order Acceptance
Submitting an order is a request to purchase. An order becomes accepted when payment is confirmed and the order is approved for fulfilment.
We may cancel or decline an order because of:
- An obvious pricing or product information error
- Inventory limitations
- Payment verification problems
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
- Delivery restrictions
- Other reasonable operational concerns
If an order is cancelled after payment, the applicable amount will be refunded through the original payment method.
Prices and Charges
Product prices, taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. Banks or payment providers may apply separate currency conversion or transaction fees.
Fulfilment and Delivery
Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery is generally 7-12 business days after dispatch.
These estimates may vary by destination and carrier conditions.
Cancellations and Order Changes
Please contact service@mirqorin.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order.
Requests can generally be accepted only before fulfilment begins or the order is dispatched. Once fulfilment or dispatch has started, the request may need to be handled under the Return & Refund Policy.
Returns and Refunds
Returns are handled under the Mirqorin Return & Refund Policy. Eligible returns may be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after inspection.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mirqorin is not responsible for indirect losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs delays, severe weather or third-party service interruption.
